Footnote - Note that each category continas 3 links, called "Summary", "Detail" & "Photo". The Summary report is a list of all properties in that particualr categoy, showing the address, price, and other certain important aspects of the property (# of bedrms, # of baths, approx # of acres, etc) The Details report is an MLS spec sheet of every property, giving much more detailed information about the listing. Finally, the photos report shows pictures of the properties. (Pretty celever in naming that, wasn't I?)
The suggested usage of this information is to scan the Summary report to find property or properties that meet your basic criteria, then research them more fully with the Detail report and finally, for ones that pass your review to look at the Photos to see what the inside and outside of the property looks like. After that, call me and we'll arrange a personal visit to the property. All of these are MLS-listed, so we can show you any one of them. In our opinion, it's better to do inspections with Realtors acting on your behalf rather than the Listing Agents who are representing the interests of the Sellers.
Any suggestions for changes or improvements to these reports will be accommodated according to the limits of our computer abilities.
