If you’re looking for news about the Pine Creek Valley in general and for information about available real estate in our area, this website can really help. Specifically, you should visit the LISTINGS, the NEWSLETTERS and the VALLEY BLOG.
The LISTINGS tab gives you links to our MLS database, and shows you everything that is available for sale in the lower half of the Pine Creek Valley. Grouped by categories (Residence, Land, Cabins and Cabins Outside the Pine Creek Area), the links will show you what is for sale by ANY office in our MLS. It’s not company specific, it’s consumer-oriented information to show you what’s available for sale.
The NEWSLETTER tab shows you our semi-annual report of news and – most importantly – the SOLD report showing what properties sold for what prices, so you, the consumer, know what the market is saying. Information comes from our MLS and the County Courthouse records and reflects everything other than family-related sales, where properties transferred for $1.
We are now uploading the newsletter twice each year, showing the sales for the 6-month period Jan-Jun and July-Dec , respectively. As you know, a Seller can ask anything they want for their property, but these reports show what the market is willing to pay. Very useful information whether you are Selling or Buying.
Finally, the VALLEY BLOG is an irregular series of comments about what is going on in the Valley. From the Snake hunts in June to the Chili Fest in July, and the openings of hunting and fishing seasons, we are more than willing to share our thoughts.

We will represent the Buyer or the Seller in a transaction, but neither of us will ever represent both sides in the same deal. How can anybody practice Dual Agency, where a Realtor works for both the Buyer and the Seller? How can that not be a conflict of interest? Even attorneys won’t do that! It’s legal in PA and many Realtors do it so they can collect both sides of the commission, but is that fair to either the Buyer or the Seller? We don’t think so, and we don’t do it.
